Aging in Motion
Aging in Motion provides free and dependable transportation supports that help seniors to access medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social activities. The program serves seniors 65+ years of age who face barriers with traditional transit due to challenges with income, mobility, and health.
Better at Home
Better at Home provides community-based services from volunteers, contractors and our local non-profit organization. Better at Home supports the non-medical needs of older adults in Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country. These services are aimed to help seniors stay independent in their own homes.

Our information & referral service helps connect seniors with resources available in our community.
We are here to listen to your concerns, help you find answers, solve problems, and connect you or a loved one to needed supports.
Volunteer Tax Program
We offer a volunteer-based tax preparation program for LOW INCOME seniors with SIMPLE returns ONLY.
We are NOT tax specialists or accountants and cannot answer your detailed tax questions. Those must be referred to Canada Revenue Agency.
Coffee Break Group
Coffee break is a group that meets weekly to allow older adults in the area to get to know each other. This is a casual drop in group for seniors who would like to chat over their morning coffee.

ElderNet is a volunteer-run group that meets monthly. Our knowledgeable and kind volunteers can help people to better use your phone, tablet or laptop.

SHINE Housing Navigator
Our Housing Navigator provides individualized services for seniors 60+ years of age in Kelowna & region who are experiencing homelessness or precarious housing to secure stable housing that is appropriate and safe.
Silver Song Group
Silver Song Group is a participatory singing and musical activity program for seniors. We provide 90-minute sessions that are delivered by professional musicians, who encourage attendees of all abilities to join in the fun of singing together.
Seniors Activity Centre
Seniors 55+ years in Kelowna and the region are invited to participate in our friendly social recreation programs at the Seniors Centre at 1353 Richter Street. Seniors Activity Centre for the Active Ager.
