Linked Together connects seniors to a variety of non-medical community supports in order to improve their health and well-being.

These services include:

  • Nutritional supports
  • Physical activity
  • Grief & loss support
  • Social opportunities
  • And more!

How it works

This program is for seniors 65+ living in Kelowna and region.

Seniors are typically referred by a health professional such as a: family physician, nurse practitioner, nurse, social worker, or Interior Health clinician.

This program is funded by the BC Ministry of Health and managed by United Way British Columbia’s Healthy Aging Programs.
